2. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through this online store by consumers and businesses worldwide.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to submit an order.

By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

The contract is concluded automatically when the order is successfully placed and processed through the online store system.

4. Products and Production

The clothing items offered are produced using a print-on-demand process. The garments themselves are pre-manufactured, but the printed design (logo/graphic) is applied only after the customer places an order.

Minor deviations in color, size, or print placement may occur due to technical production processes and do not constitute a defect.

Customers cannot upload or customize designs. Only the seller’s own designs are offered.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed in the online store are shown in the selected currency.

As a small business under Austrian VAT law, VAT may not be separately shown.

Payment methods available:

  • Klarna

  • Apple Pay

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Production and Shipping

Production and shipping are handled through a print-on-demand provider.

Average production time: 3–5 business days.
Within the European Union, shipping usually takes 2–5 business days depending on the destination country.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These are borne by the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods without providing a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact the seller within 14 days of receiving the order.

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds will be issued after the returned goods have been received.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

9. Online Dispute Resolution

The seller is not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Austrian law. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
